The Team Building Course is a group activity that requires its members to work together in overcoming obstacles, make decisions and build trust. Located in a section of the woods on the Luminosa grounds, participants walk through a set of 18 activities (stations) to complete the goals. Each station requires some physical movement of walking and balance.
The course is designed to be completed in teams of 6 to 8 members. Each team is assigned a guide to accompany it throughout the course. It begins with an orientation session, a mid-course team evaluation and a debriefing session. Total time is about 2.5 hours. Shorter versions are possible.
Each member taking part in the course must sign a waiver and release form. Minors must have form signed by a parent or guardian. The Team Building Course is for everyone ages 10 and up.
